ADVERTISING RATES

1. RATES: Advertising rates listed above are for the 2009-2010 performance season.

2. ADS: Please submit a camera ready ad or slick. Quarter page ads may use a business card as an ad slick.1/2 and Full page ads should be submitted digitally or have appropriately sized hardcopy.The program books are printed in black and white.

3. AD TERMS: No changes may be made after the above stated deadlines, however seasonal ads may be changed between productions providing that the changes are submitted prior to the regular show deadlines.The positioning of the ads will be done at the exclusive direction of the Academy Players.

4. AD RETURNS: Advertising materials that you would like returned should be clearly marked, “Return Requested”.

 All Ad submissions must include the following information:

- ADVERTISER

- CONTACT
- ADDRESS
- CITY, STATE, ZIP
- PHONE

- FAX

 - Indicate whether Ad is Camera- 

   Ready,if a Business Card is enclosed for scanning or submit 

   digitally at 300dpi or greater to :

- Indicate if you would like to make a charitable contribution If so, please include a name to be listed in the Program Book

Honorary Producer ~$300 and above
Honorary Director ~$200 and above
Benefactor ~$100 and above

Broadway Booster ~$50
Regional Booster ~$25
Local Booster ~$10
