Academy Players

To place an ad in the Program for the following two shows of the 2008 season, sign and return this Form. Payment must accompany your ad slick by the deadlines listed below:

February 1, 2008 for our Winter 2008 show, Last of the Red Hot Lovers

April 14, 2008 for our Spring 2008 show, Secret Garden

ADVERTISING RATES

1. RATES: Advertising rates listed above are for the 2007-2008 performance season.

2. ADS: Please submit a camera ready ad or slick. Quarter and eighth page ads may use a business card as an ad slick. The program books are printed in black and white.

3. AD TERMS: No changes may be made after the above stated deadlines, however seasonal ads may be changed between productions providing that the changes are submitted prior to the regular show deadlines. Seasonal ads must be paid in full prior to the November 12th deadline. The positioning of the ads will be done at the exclusive direction of the Academy Players.

4. AD RETURNS: Advertising materials that you would like returned should be clearly marked, “Return Requested”.

- ADDRESS
- CITY, STATE, ZIP
- PHONE

- FAX

 - Indicate whether Ad is a Camera- 

   Ready Ad or if a Business Card is

   enclosed for scanning

- Any special messages (e.g. “Best

  wishes Academy Players”)

- Indicate if you would like to make a

  charitable contribution If so, please

  include a name to be listed in the

  Program Book (Academy Players is a 501(c)

  (3) non-profit corporation and all donations are

  tax deductible).

Contribution Levels:

Honorary Producer ~$300 and above
Honorary Director ~$200 and above
Benefactor ~$100 and above

Broadway Booster ~$50
Regional Booster ~$25
Local Booster ~$10
